In short

You buy one licence for one business. You can edit the files and use them in your own client work. You cannot resell, share or repost them.

You may

• Edit the files and use the edited copies in your own business.
• Make as many working copies as you need inside that one business.
• Give a client the documents you fill in for their project (a completed brief, a quote, a message you send them).

You may not

• Resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publicly post the files, or an edited version that is substantially the same as the kit, free or paid.
• Give the files to people outside your business, other than as completed project documents for a client's own use.
• Present the kit as your own product or list it on a template marketplace.
• Use one licence for more than one business.

Ownership

The kit stays the property of its maker, Raian Mehrak Noor. The content you add is yours.

No advice, no guarantee

The files are working templates. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice and not a legally binding contract. Wording that records agreements with clients needs review by your own qualified adviser. The files are provided as they are and no result is promised. Rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded are not affected.

Updates and support

You receive corrections to the version you bought. No other updates are promised. Support is by email and covers problems with the files themselves.

Free sample

The free sample is for your own use under the same terms. Please do not redistribute it.
