Who is it for?

Solo web, design and creative freelancers and micro-agencies of one to five people who run projects with clients and want a consistent way to quote, onboard, track changes and hand over.

Is it a CRM, an invoicing tool or a contract?

No to all three. It is a workbook, some documents and a guide. The scripts and brief record intent. Any terms you agree with clients should be reviewed by your own qualified adviser.

Do I need Notion?

No. The Excel workbook is the main part. The Notion folder holds CSV and Markdown files to import if you prefer to work there. There is no template link and no one-click duplicate.

Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?

It uses standard functions and was calculated and rendered in LibreOffice. It has not been opened in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets by the maker, so check dropdowns and dates after you open or upload it, and tell me if anything is off.

Can I use it with my clients?

Yes, within one business. You can give a client the documents you fill in (a brief, a message). You cannot resell, share or repost the kit itself. Licence.

My team has three people. Is one copy enough?

The licence covers one business, so a three-person studio is one business. Each person using it should be part of that business. A separate agency or team licence does not exist yet.

How do I get the files?

Checkout and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. After payment you get a download link by email. Checkout is not open yet; the buy button says so until it is.

What does it cost, and are there taxes?

The introductory price is $39, once. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, may add sales tax or VAT at checkout depending on where you are. There is no subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days if the files are defective or materially not as described. Refund page.

Will it be updated?

You get corrections to the version you bought. Lifetime updates are not promised. Changes are listed on the changelog.

Why are there no reviews or testimonials?

The kit is new and nobody has reviewed it yet. When real reviews exist, they will be real.

Does it use AI?

No. The files are plain templates with ordinary formulas. Nothing sends your data anywhere.

Why does it keep saying not to collect passwords?

Because emailing or messaging passwords is a common way accounts get compromised. Ask clients to invite you from inside their account with the lowest role that works, and remove it when you finish.
